Glenbervie Pedigree Aberdeen Angus provides a unique eating experience. Selected from prime, young pedigree Aberdeen Angus cattle, the beef has perfect marbling and fat coverage. We hang the beef for a minimum period of 3 weeks and then it is hand butchered.

This imparts a delicious, distinctive flavour and meltingly tender, succulent texture that many beef connoisseurs herald as the ultimate beef experience.
